Module 4: Barriers and Equalisers

Discover the barriers that may prevent participants from engaging in your programme and explore strategies to overcome them. This module provides practical insights and examples of “equalisers” to create an inclusive environment, ensuring that everyone can participate fully and on equal terms.

Module 5: Conditions for cohesion

This module covers the seven core conditions needed for effective social cohesion. You’ll learn how to structure your activities to promote interaction, enjoyment, and mutual respect among participants, building a solid foundation for long-term, positive community relationships.

Theory of change

In this module, you’ll begin to develop a ‘Theory of Change’ for your programme, mapping out your goals, strategies, and desired impact. This structured approach helps you outline the steps needed to achieve social cohesion, guiding decision-making and evaluation processes.
